Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We carefully check every order before dispatch to ensure you receive the correct product. If we make a mistake—such as sending the wrong product, size, color, or a defective item—we will cover the courier charges for returning the product. Once we receive it, we will send you the correct replacement at no additional cost.

Product Dislike

If you simply dislike the product, change your mind, or feel that it does not meet your personal preference, we do not offer returns or refunds for this reason.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange the product for another size, design, or item, we can arrange an exchange. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the courier charges. Once the product is received and checked, we will send the replacement product to you.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Note: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and tags intact, where applicable.
